Forget Crufts, it’s all about Paws in the Park!

At the Leyland Festival we hope anybody and everybody who loves dogs come along to Paws in the Park this year, whether you have your own pup or not!

If you want to show off your dog’s best tricks, pick up a few obedience pointers, enter a competition or just watch on as dozens of good boys and girls strut their stuff, we’d love to welcome you on the day.

Agility Performances & Have a Go Sessions:

We are PADs (Preston Agility Dogs), an agility club based in Leyland and train every Friday evening; indoors so bad weather’s never an issue! We are always looking for new members & take all breeds and abilities but your dog needs to be over 1 year old to start.

We put on displays all over the region and invite members of the public to have a go during one of our “have a go” sessions which will follow each of our displays on Worden Park as part of Leyland Festival.

We ask for a small donation of £2 for this.

Fun Dog Show:

With exciting prizes in the pipeline, we can’t wait to release this year’s fun dog competitions!

Participants are advised to arrive 10-15 minutes early for each session or competition, allowing for flex in the schedule needed to keep all dogs happy and engaged.
